Day 1: Into the Jungle – Deep Forest Trek & River Camp

Your journey begins with a scenic hike into the Nam Ha National Protected Area (NBCA) – a dense, biodiverse rainforest filled with towering trees, bamboo tunnels, hidden waterfalls, and rare wildlife. Trek 5–6 hours on foot, guided by experienced locals who share traditional knowledge about wild herbs, forest survival skills, and the spiritual relationship between people and nature.

As the sun sets, you’ll arrive at a remote riverside campsite, surrounded by nothing but the sound of flowing water and the rustle of leaves.

Enjoy a simple yet delicious jungle dinner cooked over a fire.

Sleep under the stars in a tent or bamboo shelter – a peaceful experience like no other.

Day 2: Trek to the Village – Homestay in Ban Nalan

Wake to birdsong and fresh mountain air. After breakfast by the river, continue your trek through the forest to Ban Nalan, a warm and welcoming Khmu village nestled along the Nam Ha River.

Upon arrival, meet your host family and settle into your traditional Lao homestay.

Learn to cook local dishes using fresh herbs and forest ingredients.

Day 3 : Village Life & Return
