Day 1:
Trek 5–6 hours through the lush Nam Ha National Protected Area (NBCA). Walk among bamboo forests, cross clear streams, and learn about wild herbs and survival from a local guide. Evening in Ban Nalan. Stay with a local family in a traditional homestay. Enjoy a home-cooked Lao dinner, sit around the campfire, and hear village stories under the stars.
Day 2:
Wake to peaceful village life. Take part in morning activities like weaving, cooking, or rice pounding before heading back—carrying memories that last.
